EdTOA Tech Forums

Once or twice a year EdTOA partners with an individual campus to host an in-person gathering, an EdTOA Tech Forum. The EdTOA executive committee pays for continental breakfast and lunch for all attendees, and the host campus provides space to meet and the opportunity to tour new or interesting technology spaces. We try to hold Tech Forums during a break week on the host campus so we have better access to spaces.

A typical Tech Forum starts with an informal gathering around 9:00 or 9:30 with coffee and morning snacks. About 10:00 there are introductions and discussions on hot topics in AV or Higher Ed. After lunch the group tours campus spaces to see cool installs, new technology in action, or anything the host campus is proud to show off.
